Who Can Enter the Contest?
EVERYONE CAN!
At MyDogHasFamily.com, we believe that every dog has a story that deserves to be told! Our contest is open to all dog owners of any age who are eager to showcase their canine companions in a fun and creative way.
Whether you’re a seasoned film maker or just a proud pet parent, we invite you to participate.
To enter, you simply need to:
1. Have a dog! This could be a rescue pup, an agility champion, or even your lovable couch potato. It can also be a shelter dog you interact with as a volunteer!
2. Submit a short video (30 or 60 seconds) demonstrating heartwarming moments with your dog. It can be as simple or as elaborate as you choose!
3. Ensure your video is family-friendly and reflects the joy of the bond between you and your four-legged friend.
Once you've prepared your video, head over to our contest submission page to upload your entry. Let's celebrate the amazing relationship we have with our dogs and show the world just how special they are!

Submission Guidelines for Your Contest Entry
Capture the Magic with Your Dog!
Welcome to Mydoghasfamily.com! We’re excited to see your amazing video submissions showcasing your familys connection to your dog
To ensure your entry stands out, please adhere to the following guidelines: -
**Video Duration:** Your video should be at least 30 seconds but not longer than 60 seconds
**Content Specifics:** We’re looking for content that truly showcases your uniquebond you have with your dog. Feel free to include fun tricks, obedience training, or heartwarming moments that demonstrate your dog's learning journey. -
**Submission Format:** Please submit your video in MP4 format. Feel free to add music . We suggest VIDEOSHOP for a great video editor. Its available for both APPLE and ANDROID as an app. This ensures optimal playback quality for our judges and viewers. -
**Sound Quality:** Make sure to record in a quiet environment and minimize background noise to give your entry the professional touch it deserves if you are narrating your clip.
IF you are under 18 - get your parents permision before entering.
Make sure every HUMAN in your video has given you permision to use their likeness. If you are a finalist you will have to have that in writing. You will find a form to use on the submit page.
**Deadline:** All entries must be submitted by 4/20/25 Late entries will not be considered, so be sure to plan accordingly! The Portal to submit entries opens FEB 1,2025
